In 2001, while The Others were less active with gigs and recordings, founder Massimo del Pozzo started a few side-projects which in most cases didn't last long, if even a single recording session. This is the case with The Hangmen, a combo devoted to the true '66 Garage Punk origins with featured another legendary name in the Italian Garage scene, Scanna (on Drums and backing vocals), Massimo's then gf Beth on organ, Davide the bass player and organic who played with Massimo also with The Tyme Society and The Human Factor-Y.
After Scanna quit the band, The Hangmen included a guy named Pat, who eventually played drums also in the very last line-up of The Others. After many musical influences, changes and exploration this track seems to bring back the origins of the Sixties Sound played by The Others in 1989-93, with a slightly "modern" touch, if you will. The track was included in a CD compilation given away with "Metallic K.O." Magazine, edited by the Italian 80s Garage Guru, Claudio Sorge. Enjoy it!
